Student Project Presentations
Friday, November 22 and Saturday, November 23
The Conway School
88 Village Hill Road, Northampton, MA
Please RSVP Below
This fall term, Conway’s Class of 2020 is working on individual ecological design projects in nearby cities, towns, and countrysides. They will present conceptual designs and recommendations grounded in the process of site analysis. The design solutions strive to fit the needs of the clients to the specific ecology of the site while upholding the school’s mission. We invite a panel of outside critics, and their comments will help guide revisions the students will make over the final weeks of the term.
Non-residential projects this term include designs for a pocket park in Holyoke and a mindfulness garden at Summit Academy in Amherst. Residential projects are located in Northampton (including Florence and Leeds), Williamsburg, Easthampton, Hatfield, Amherst, Leverett, Greenfield, Shelburne, Turners Falls, and Ludlow. We welcome prospective students, prospective clients, alums, and anyone else interested in learning about the Conway School to attend.
Join us for all or part of the day on Friday, November 22 and/or Saturday, November 23.
