Student Project Presentations
Friday, May 30th in person or via ZOOM
Registration Required (see below)
This spring term, Conway’s Class of 2025 is working on nine large-scale site design/site planning projects in towns and cities across New England. For this set of presentations, students will present work in progress rather than final recommendations. We invite a panel of guest reviewers to the Coach House in Northampton to listen to each team’s presentation and to provide comments, insights, and ideas that help guide revisions the students will make over the final weeks of the term. Members of the public are welcome to join us in person or on Zoom.
Student teams will present for about 25 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of Q&A from the panel of guest reviewers. We will not have time to open the discussion to the audience, but invite you to share your thoughts and ideas in the Zoom chat.
Projects this term include:
- Kroka Farm Comprehensive Plan, Marlow, NH
- Site Plan for Sage Mountain Botanical Sanctuary, Orange, VT
- Climate Resiliency Plan for the Charles Neighborhood, Providence, RI
- Pond Road Study and Design, Shelburne, VT
- Comprehensive Landscape Plan for the Sugarloaf Condominium Community, South Deerfield, MA
- Memorial Park Site Plan, Walpole, MA
- Comprehensive Landscape Plan for Nasami Farm Nursery, Whately, MA
- Relational Uprising Educational Center, Becket, MA
